CACI is seeking an experienced Intelligence Analyst to support our client located at Camp Smith, Hawaii. Duties and Responsibilities: - Shall perform extensive all-source research and intelligence analysis to review, assess, and produce target intelligence products. - Shall provide target system and entity-level target intelligence expertise to USPACOM operational planning effort. - Shall maintain currently and profiency in specified Joint and Theater Target Intelligence processes and procedures. - Shall use Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), MIDB, and other automated tool use for target intelligence analysis and documentation. - Based on target system subject matter expertise, shall provide all-source analytic support to theater battle damage assessment. - Shall coordinate and disseminate target system analysis and entity-level products on the appropriate security domains. Required Qualifications: - TS/SCI Clearance - Bachelor's degree - 5-7 years of intelligence analysis experience - Specialized training may be used in lieu of bachelor‘s degree Desired Qualifications: Joint Targeting School trained preferred. In lieu of JTS training, would accept: 1) USAF's Combat Targeting Course (CTC) or the new equivalents; 2) the JTS Staff Officer course plus a NIU/AGILE joint target development course such as Joint Intermediate Target Development; 3) any of the USN's Strike Warfare courses; or 4) the US Army's JOFEC (Joint Operational Fires and Effects Course). With respect to experience in lieu of formal training, 2 - 3 years (minimum) experience as a joint targeteer at the Combatant Command level (J2 or J3), within a CCMD JIOC, or at service/functional component. More specifically, experience with system-level and/or entity-level target development within a JIOC, an Air Operations Center, a Joint/Service Fires Element, a Carrier Strike Wing/Squadron, or at an all-source analytic fusion cell.
