Job Description

General Summary: Primary responsibilities include tier 3 on-site support and development for a complex ERP application and other integrated applications built upon CGI Federal‘s Momentum Financials. Work with multi-disciplined team to support existing processes, development of improved processes and tools, update operations documentation, and migration of new functionality into the production environment. We look for strong analytical and technical professionals with proven experience with mission-critical applications.   Duties and Responsibilities: Review logs and other systems output to identify technical/performance issues and propose potential resolutions   Provide recommendations and support the development and implementation of automated monitoring tools   Support testing efforts and peer reviews of proposed change requests   Collaborate with analysts and systems engineers to elicit new software requirements and subsequently develop and deploy these within a production environment   Support the installation of software components in production environments   Required Qualifications: A bachelor‘s degree in business, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience 7+ years‘ experience with the Momentum 7.x ERP/financial system operations in a highly automated environment   7+ years‘ experience developing and supporting automation tools and scripts utilizing IBM‘s AIX Unix operating system   7+ years‘ experience with Oracle Weblogic Application Server software   7+ years‘ experience supporting Software AG‘s webMethods integration architecture   7+ years‘ experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, and AIX/Linux   Experience researching ERP production issues, identifying and deploying solutions, and communicating directly with client stakeholders   General knowledge of system networking principles   A high degree of comfort with relational databases and SQL in Oracle 11g PL/SQL   Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems Initiative to quickly learn and put new skills to use   Strong written and oral communications skills   Top Secret clearance must be current   Desired Qualifications: Production operations experience with Momentum Financials strongly preferred   Experience with Tivoli Work Scheduler.   Experience with Rational or HP SDLC tools preferred   Experience with Oracle (BEA) Weblogic, webMethods and Tuxedo   AIX Infrastructure design, development and implementation experience preferred   Company Description: CACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
