Job Description: Engineering Team Lead will manage a team of 25-40 engineers and system administrators responsible for providing tier 2 and Tier 3 support to a 10,000+ user community across multiple sites in the National Capital Region (NCR), including support for 500 executive VIP users.  The Engineering Team functions as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for the Service Desk and End User Support when incidents and service requests cannot be resolved at Tier 1. The Engineering team also provides 24/7/365 monitoring and maintenance of servers, applications, and their associated services for all systems of the enterprise.   Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a team of 25-40 engineers and system administrators mostly located at 2 government locations within the National Capital Region (NCR). Interact with CACI and Government leadership to provide daily status, shift schedules, and highlight any risks or issues Track and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) relating to the Engineering Team. Develop and maintain a CONOPS and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP‘s) for team operations Recommended people, process, and tool enhancements to increase efficiency and functionality of the team. Utilize Remedy software to track incidents, problems, and service requests to resolution Utilize BOMGAR software to resolve incidents, problems, and service requests.   Required Qualifications: Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, both with the CACI leadership and the Government customer.  Must be able to author process and procedure documents for approval by the Government Experience managing to KPI, SLO, or SLA metrics. Experience as a team lead managing a large team of system administrators/engineers Experience supporting a large user community with 10,000+ users Strong background in Microsoft Server Environment, AD/DNS/DHCP, PC troubleshooting, PC assembly, operating system and application software installation. Experience or familiarity with using ITIL methodology to support an IT environment.   Recommended Certifications: Industry certifications (MCSE, MCITP, MCP) is preferred ITILv3 Foundation is preferred Requires a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.   Education and Experience: Requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.      Company Description: CACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
