Job Description

This is an new Business Development opportunity in San Antonio TX in support of the  Aerospace Solutions Group (ASG) which anticipates substantial additional personnel requirements across a number of labor categories and levels beginning in early calendar year 2017, contingent on receiving awards for both the BAT (Bomber Armament Tester) and the ATSSI (Automatic Test System Sustainment Initiative).   Duties and Responsibilities include: - Technical oversight of automatic test system (ATE) and test program set (TPS) developments including both software and hardware development - Responsible for internal and external presentations - Responsible for managing both technical and administrative personnel - Apply earned value concepts to ensure project is both on schedule and on cost - Apply proactive financial management techniques - Effectively identify and manage program risk - Schedule and resource conflict resolution both internally and externally - Actively manage project scope - Strong communication skills in all forms - Proactive stakeholder management - Energetic, highly motivated, self-starter - Review all contract documentation and ensure compliance - Coordinate input and review of all contact modifications - Assist in the production and review of monthly project reports   Required Experience: - 12-15 years - Prior successful execution of large DoD development project - PMP Certification - BS/MS in Engineering or Sciences or MBA Desired Experience: - Development of automated test systems for aircraft electrical, mechanical, avionics and engine systems - Prior management of EVM projects - Familiarity with engineering data standards, both engineering drawings and technical procedure documents - Experience with advance SOLIDWORK plugins for thermal modeling and wire harness routing - Strong background with MS-Project - Prior hardware and/or software design experience - Knowledge and use of ISO 9001, AS9100 and CMMI quality process standards Company Description: CACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
