Position Summary: Develop Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) for Q50 Operators. Duties and Responsibilities: --Create, texture, and render 3D models and scenes --Animate 3D and 2D components in various programs. --Composite video with 3D and 2D elements using Adobe After Effects. --Attend technical meetings to assess impacts to CBT design. --Develop and program configuration-managed CBT product and documentation with input from subject matter experts. --Conduct formal testing of CBT products to validate functionality, accuracy, and effectiveness. --Participate in formal product reviews with the customer throughout the development process to demonstrate progress of scheduled effort and make adjustments based on customer's feedback. Required Qualifications: -- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret level clearance -- Bachelor‘s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Other Engineering or Technical discipline with at least two years experience -- Two or more years of additional years of training experience -- Working knowledge of Captivate, Creative Cloud, or Flash authoring applications. -- Experience using Microsoft Office products to include Excel, Access, and Word. Desired Qualifications: -- Experience in low-poly modeling and texturing using 3ds Max and Photoshop (or equivalent 3D and 2D programs) -- Working knowledge of Unity 3D engine -- Strong eye for light, shade, color, and detail in creating texture maps -- Firm understanding of form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regard to modeling -- Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design.
