We believe in our customer‘s mission, but we also believe in our employees and their career at CACI.  CACI NSS, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Program Manager to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community.   You will be responsible for supporting multiple RSB projects from inception to closure utilizing PMI/PMF control gates for programmatic control. This includes requirements definition, documentation, creation of WBS and associated schedules, planning & conducting control gates, certification & accreditation, implementation and ownership transfer to O&M. Utilizes MS Office Suite to prepare briefings, documentation and schedules. You will manage a team of up to 20 Architects and Engineers, providing technical solutions to the customer.  You will perform personnel management for the team, technical direction, and provide regular reporting for contract deliverables, with occasional ad hoc tasking.   - You must be able to provide IT programmatic leadership and effective communication for project team. - You will facilitate meetings and review board dialog. - You will collaborate/support senior PMs to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements within customer group - Ensures designs are compatible with the architecture and allocated requirements to their segments. - You will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. - May analyze or recommend commercially available software. - Applies industry standard and division sanctioned configuration management (CM) principles to assigned projects. - Assists in establishing standards for information systems procedures. - Technical management for engineering and architecture staff - keeping track of timecards, compliance, Weekly and monthly reporting to the COTR and Sr. CACI staff - Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience:  Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and 16 or more years of experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.    Position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance.   Required:  - PM Framework  - MS Project - Presentation skills - Process and Systems Engineering Analysis Desired:   MS Office suite including Visio & Project, EPM Certification:  - MS Office Suite, including MS Project - Enterprise Project Management (EPM) - Desired: - Project Management Professional (PMP) - ITIL Foundations V3 certification Reference: Mission#3   CACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
