We believe in our customer‘s mission, but we also believe in our employees and their career at CACI.  CACI NSS, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Systems Administrator to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community.   You will be joining a team who successfully delivers services worldwide. We will provide training on supporting IT systems and apparatuses needed for installation and implementation. You will learn how to perform technical assistance, training, and how to resolve problems for customers in person, via telephone, or in writing.  Tasks:  - Installation and configuration of software for client use. - Sanitize and prep hardware. -Perform hardware testing. - Monitor and track apparatuses and define departmental entities in support of them. - Implement new and existing data routs for optimal up time. - Develop user training materials and maintain office procedures. - Train users in the proper use of hardware and/or software. - Provide operational pager duty support. - Perform server checks daily support. - Perform server checks daily   Education and Experience:  Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and 10 to 12 years of related experience.    Position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance.    Required:      Detail Oriented - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel  - Have a strong work ethic and able to take on projects and follow them through until the    end.  - Ability to develop and organize written documentation and procedures - Participates with team to provide 24x7 operational support on a rotational basis - Ability to self-learn, act on your own initiative and work in a dynamic environment - Strong communication skills  - Strong customer service skills - Familiar with Microsoft Windows 7 client   Desired:   - Experience in overseas communications equipment and tools - Experience with devices administration a plus - Experience in writing System Operation Procedures  - Field experience    Reference: Mission #3 CACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
