Earn $10,000 by successfully referring a software developer* to CACI‘s FRED program CACI‘s entire network is vital to helping us find talented candidates who are a great match for the work we do. Not only do we have a robust Employee Referral Program, but we are extending our referral bonus program to reward anyone-”not just our employees-”for successful referrals for one of our programs. This special External Referral Bonus Program offers a one-time referral payment to non-CACI employees to help CACI attract and hire software developers who have an active TS/SCI with a favorable polygraph for the FRED program in Tysons Corner, Chantilly, and Reston, Virginia. This limited time-only program runs through May 31, 2017. *Developer's expertise required in any of the following areas: JAVA, GOOVY on GRAILS, HADOOP, and AWS-Cloud Bonus Structure You will receive $10,000 after your referral completes three months of uninterrupted employment. Process to refer candidates 1. To refer qualified candidates, you must send the following to  2. Provide your name and contact information 3. Current clearance level to include which polygraph (only specific polygraph is eligible for this bonus program) 4. The potential candidate‘s full name, resume, and contact information. *Developer's expertise must be in any of the following areas: JAVA, GROOVY on GRAILS, HADOOP, and AWS-Cloud 5. The reason(s) this candidate is qualified to be a Software Developer  If the referred candidate appears to be a match, a CACI recruiter will contact him or her. 6. The referred person must acknowledge that you referred him or her, and then we will ask him or her to apply online through CACI‘s careers site. Referrals submitted any other way, that do not include all of the required information or who are not properly identified will not be eligible for this program. The Fine Print Details in order to be eligible to participate in CACI‘s External Referral Program: The External Referee: 0. Must be an individual person (i.e., not a business entity), and a legal resident of the United States who is at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program. 1. Can‘t be associated with or a consultant of a staffing/recruiting agency. ï‚· Can‘t refer yourself.  2. Your Referral Candidate: ï‚· 3. Can‘t be a current or past CACI employee (within the past two years) or a CACI contractor. 4. Must be a candidate who CACI is not actively recruiting or who has had a dialogue about career opportunities within the last 90 calendar days. 5. Is hired by the FRED program only. 6. If your referred candidate is hired, he/she must remain employed with CACI for a minimum of three months and be in good performance standing. 7. In the event that more than one person refers the same candidate and such candidate is hired by CACI, the external referral bonus will be awarded to the first referrer as determined at CACI‘s sole and absolute discretion.    Payment terms: If you are eligible to participate in the Program, CACI shall pay you a one-time external referral payment in the amount of $10,000 (gross) for a referral if the referral results in a successful regular full-time hire, and such referred employee: 0. Acknowledges he or she was referred by you. 1. Completes three month of continuous, active employment with CACI. 2. Is in good performance standing at the end of such three month period. 3. Is still employed by CACI at the time the external referral bonus is to be paid. You must complete and return IRS Form W-9 (and any other documentation that CACI may require) in order to receive the referral bonus. This form will be supplied to you once your referred candidate has started employment with CACI. CACI will process the external referral bonus within approximately one month after the referred employee completes the three months of employment mentioned above, and you have submitted the required paperwork and contact information. You are solely responsible for paying appropriate state and federal taxes on any payment received. CACI will report referral payments to the appropriate tax authorities. FRHP   EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: - Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and 5 to 20 years of related experience. - *Software Developer's expertise required in any of the following areas: JAVA, GOOVY on GRAILS, HADOOP, and AWS-Cloud   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment.
