The Intelligence Solutions Team has an immediate opportunity for an ISO-Immersion Program Coordinator in Linthicum, MD (Ft. Meade / BWI airport area). DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: - I n response to customer requirements, research and recommend to the Government the best resources and locations for providing iso immersion training courses; - M ake arrangements for iso immersion courses, including: Coordinating with Government training managers, students, Agency Security; and, negotiate for housing and to set up excursions; coordinate travel with students; - A ccompany students and instructors to facilitate iso immersion course and handle onsite administrative details; - C ollect, analyze and provide the Government student feedback on courses, in order to identify possible areas requiring change/improvement (content, instructors, and delivery methodologies); and - C ollect and provide the Government instructor feedback about the students and course content, in order to identify possible areas requiring change/improvement (content and delivery techniques). - Travel up to 25% is requiredEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Typically requires a bachelor‘s degree or equivalent and five to seven years of relevant experience. Required Qualifications: - Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required; - A.A. Degree in Language, Language-related, International Studies, Education, Area Studies, - B usiness, or Management; - Five (5) years experience working in a multi-cultural environment to include working with a mix of military and Government civilian personnel, and individuals whose native language is not English; - I n lieu of the AA, two (2) additional years of directly related, applied, practical experience for a total of seven (7) years experience may be substituted; - T hree (3) years experience working in a language-focused work/training environment, with primary duties including: managing, coordinating, and delivering language training opportunities (to include travel) for adult learners and documenting the quality of that language instruction; - Foreign language skill of Listening 2/Reading 2 or higher, as defined by the Interagency Language Roundtable, documented within the last ten (10) years; - T hree (3) years experience drafting and following standard operating procedures and checklists, and communicating with colleagues and customers via written correspondence; and - T hree (3) years experience in any of the following: SIGINT, military intelligence, the Intelligence Community Operations. Preferred Qualifications: - B.A./B.S. degree in Language related, Business, Management or a related field. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: CONUS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required. OCONUS: Demands will vary according to work environment. Often work schedule will require 12 hour days, 7 days a week when working in harsh environments and require strict medical and dental screening before deployment overseas.
