Our client engagement processes, the way we collaborate, operate, and deliver value provides an unparalleled opportunity to grow and advance.  Choose us, and make delivering innovative work part of your extraordinary career.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. - Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. - Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. - Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.   Candidate will have: - Experience with developing documentation - Experience developing, delivering, testing, and supporting integrated SW systems with requirements - Experience with one Agile methodologies such as Scrum,Kanban, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework - Experience Deriving and Mapping EPICs and Users Stories from/with Requirements - Experience in developing Action Plans - Experience with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira and Redmine - Full understanding of Test Driven Development with Continuous Integration - Candidate will be part of a dynamic Agile Feature team that is responsible for Quality and Test. Specifically the verification of requirements, work flows, and systems level testing. - Candidate will prioritize product back logs for two week sprint cycles. In order to flourish in this dynamic environment, an individual must collaborate continuously with team members to engineer, build, and deploy capabilities in a DevOps environment.   Required qualifications: - Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent and 5 to 7 years of related experience.   Desired qualifications: - Experience with Quality and Test -Experience Object Oriented development Methodologies - Experience performing variety of tasks related to knowledge/technique dissemination to groups of analytic workforce - Experience integrating Information Systems into Service Oriented Architecture -Experience with FOSS and COTS products - Experience wrapping legacy systems or components as Web Services -Experience implementing solutions with PKI controlled access - Experience developing analytical process and workflows - Experience developing question-focused datasets on analytic requirements - Experience as a developer in an Agile environment - Product Owner experience and/or Certified Product owner from Agile Alliance -Experience with Cloud environments such as Amazon, Rackspace, or Microsoft Azure Additional BITS Information: BITS benefits are unique. Basically, BITS benefits equate to 50% of salary on TOP of your base salary. The first part is a tax-qualified profit sharing retirement plan to which BITS annually contributes up to 25% of your base salary (not in excess of applicable IRS limits) to your retirement account under the plan. The second part consists of BITS' Individual Benefit Account (IBA), which is used for premiums, medical reimbursements, dependent care, education and Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
