POSITION SUMMARY: CACI is seeking Senior Technical Writers to be part of our team of telecommunications and acquisition professionals facilitating the migration of numerous Government Agencies from their current telecommunications provider to a new contract and provider. The successful candidate will provide support in the creation of various telecommunications requirements documents as well as acquisition documents and reports. RESPONSIBILTIES: Support team members in assuring required technical documents are uniform and within specification. Develop and maintain training documents and templates to facilitate the contract migration process. Draft contract deliverables as requested. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a Bachelor‘s degree and five to seven years of related experience, but for this specific position the following is required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or other engineering or technical discipline and ten or more years of technical writing experience. Desired Qualifications: 2 or more years of experience developing and editing Government acquisition related documents. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
