POSITION SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, provides direct support to the intelligence training process. RESPONSIBILTIES: All Source/DCGS-A Instructors/Trainers are responsible for training, training support, training development, Foundry Platform training support, and Mobile Training Teams (MTT). The Contractor shall provide administrative, management, technical support, direct instruction, materials, and assistance for the delivery of training. The Contractor shall manage programs, develop, deliver and maintain training materials, to include full training support packages (TSP), develop tactics, techniques/procedures (TTPs) and doctrine, support training exercises, and conduct training to support the intelligence operations and analysis functions of INSCOM‘s mission and the transition of specialized training programs to or from other Government institutions and the institutional training system. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: All DCGS-A instructors must have an operational understanding of link analysis and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB). Be a graduate of the Enhanced DCGS-A Operator‘s Course (EDOC) or equivalent. Be proficient in DCGS-A software applications including Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, M3, Query Tree and Google Earth. An Army tour as an MOS 35F (All Source Analyst) DCGS-A All Source Analyst is preferred. Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent is preferred. Intelligence Community professional certification required to support some courses. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment.
