POSITION SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, provides direct support to the intelligence training process. RESPONSIBILTIES: The Contractor shall maintain the existing CI training program for the 902nd MI Group, Ft Meade, MD to provide CI refresher training to U.S. Army forces to better prepare them for the conduct of overseas contingency operations and ultimately protect them against ITO threats. The Contractor shall develop curricula and/or Training Support Plans (TSP) and shall maintain a comprehensive CI training program that includes facilitated instruction and exercise Support, to include scenario development. The training program shall include pre-deployment and pre-exercise activities, developing specialized classes that provide information to train individuals and units in the elements of CI operations and Force Protection. The Contractor shall deliver a CI training program that contains instruction on the full spectrum of CI programs and techniques that enable deploying soldiers to rapidly provide advance force protection and teaches those techniques on how to enhance their own personal survivability. The programs shall incorporate analysis from previous operational activities, training exercises, and lessons learned to ensure that the training includes the latest instructional design techniques and meets U.S. Anny training and instruction standards. The training shall include FISS and ITO threat data to assist in war fighter awareness of current threats and information on how to counter those threats and increase Combat survivability on the battlefield. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 1. Army CI activities and a working knowledge of CI Investigations and Force Protection, 2X Functions and Asset Validation. 2. BA/BS degree preferable, AA/AS degree minimum. 3. Current TS/SCI eligibility. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
