Position Summary: CACI is seeking a Data Quality Analyst and Support with a Federal Healthcare background, who will be responsible creating methodology to address the correction of any/all problems found with the quality of the data that is currently being loaded into the Integrated Data Repository (IDR),. Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensuring that -œpayment grade- quality data has been loaded into the IDR - Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core non-technical programs. - Analyze data to confirm relationships and identify potential data quality issues. - Support and Maintain IDR data model and views - Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. - Clearly documents and presents findings including creation of diagrams and procedure documentation. - Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences. - Identifies, analyzes and defines project requirements and scope - Provide required support to address user questions Required Qualifications - Requires a BS degree or equivalent and 12+ years of related experience, or a MS degree and 8+ years of related experience - Experience managing projects in the Federal Healthcare Information Technology sector. - Analytical and technical skills with the ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and deliver sound solutions in a timely manner - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Design, develop and implement data quality and cleansing processes - Develop technical standards and best practices for data integration activities including data movement, quality and cleansing - Experience with data visualization tools - Experience with big data applications using Hadoop (e.g. HBase, Hive, Impala, Spark, Pig, Sqoop, Flume and/or MapReduce) - Understanding Mainframe Platform and integration with other tools like SAS - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical and technical skills with the ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and deliver sound solutions in a timely manner - Expertise ITIL process in incident management, problem management, change management and release management Desired Qualifications: - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, functional models and business processes. - Experience with IDR or CMS - Experience with managing analytics projects, including big data warehouse and business intelligence. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and 10 to 12 years of related experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
