Description CACI is looking for a software test automation engineer to support a key program in Colorado Springs, CO and Reston, VA. The candidate will have an understanding of Agile software development practices, will be expected to work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team and will be responsible for assuring the quality of the application capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems and applications. They will work in close collaboration with software developers/engineers, stakeholders, and end users within Agile processes. Candidate may have and will gain experience in web application front-end scripting and automation. Special preference will be given to those with experience in Microsoft Coded UI, UIAutomation framework or WebDriver-based tooling such as Selenium. General responsibilities will also include: - Work closely with developers, professional services team and product managers to define the automated testing components that will be used to validate requirements against developed software. - Assist with design of test scenarios and test plans to ensure that automated tests can be implemented and executed with Sprint timeframes. - Assist with creating project resource estimates, metrics to track completion, defect reports, defect prevention, development efficiency and quality. - Define and execute manual test cases in support of applications which are undergoing test automation. - Build and execute automated testing against web front-end systems. May also be involved in testing back end systems, including testing at an API level such as via web services, JMS Queue, or other back end services. RCAHP Qualifications Minimum required: - College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science or related technical field. - Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible for a Government security clearance, ideally with an interim DOD Secret clearance - A total of two (2+) years related IT experience, with 0-2 years analyzing, designing and implementing solutions or test automations using .NET technologies. Proficiency with .NET/C# programming. - Proficiency with any of a variety of testing tools and automation frameworks like Robot Framework, Specflow, StoryQ, Jbehave, Geb, Spock, Junit4, TestNG, Nunit, MSTest, xUnit, CodedUI, and Selenium webDriver. - Experience across the domain of testing types/phases, including Unit, Functional, Integration, System, and User-Acceptance Testing. - Must be a team player and work in a collaborative team environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
