As the Network Administrator you will utilize your knowledge to maintain the network system and coordinate its use. You will identify and resolve incidents on the Enterprise IT that are outside of normal scripted responses. Responsibilities will include restoring data services remotely using available tools, implementing corrective measures and documentation. Additional responsibilities will include: Evaluate hardware and software and peripheral equipment for large, complex networks. Manage network performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems to ensure quality transmission service on the network. Maintain, create/delete user accounts, maintain and update system security plans on all platforms. This position will require Shift Work. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related (data center environment) experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
