Job Description

CACI Intl is looking for a TS/SCI cleared Distributed Hardware Technician in support to our client in Stuttgart Germany.   Duties and Responsibilities: Supports and maintains end-user devices and related technology equipment and IT assets to include installation, configuration, diagnosis, repair, movement, relocation, upgrade, and replacement of USSOCOM Distributed Computing hardware and software. Troubleshoots problem areas and performs on-site or in-house service, repair, and installation on desktops, laptops, printers, and other related peripheral devices. Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems. Required Qualifications: - 5 Years related experience in maintenance, monitoring and operation of LAN operating hardware, servers, and computers and appliances. - Experience performing site surveys and documenting user/customer requirements. - Associates or Major Certification and 3 Years experience - Experience analyzing customer/user requirements and implementing installations. - Experience with information assurance and network intrusion devices. - Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, US Citizenship - DOD 8570 IAT 2 compliance (Security+ certification, enrolled in CE) - Tech Control skills, knowledge of computer protocol/standards, customer support units (CSU).
