With our team, you can expect to work with highly motivated program management office teammates that will support and push you, and will expect reciprocal action on your part.  You will be part of a team and culture of sharing information amongst teammates, team before self, and one of encouraging self-improvement.  How far you go in the organization is up to your goals and performance!   Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the Program Manager and program leadership team with integrated schedules and contract deliverables for a high priority development program. - Understanding of RF Systems - Coordinate, negotiate and resolve contractual compliance issues with the Government to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements. - Provide financial consultation and monitor and reporting to the Program Manager. - Interface with the Government regarding requests for program data and resolving reporting and compliance issues. - Manage the monitoring and reporting of performance against plans to ensure that contractual costs, schedule objectives, and technical milestones are met. - Effectively participate in planning internal and external meetings and communicate issues to program leadership. - Support program planning, metrics gathering and analysis, and fulfill the role of the Program Manager during PM absences. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.   Required Qualifications: - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and MS Project) - Has managed projects of at least one million dollars in value  - Detail oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator - Experience with the software development engineering process  - Experience with finance, project controls, earned value management, project management, planning and scheduling techniques, and cost control experience - Ability to support the development and maintenance of the performance measurement baseline or integrated master schedule - Communicate clearly with a wide variety of technical professionals, PM leadership, corporate leadership, and Government leadership. - Experience working in a multi-discipline, subcontractor, multiple subcontractor environment - Ability to work in a dynamic team environment - Excellent oral and written communication - Knowledge of U.S. government customer processes, policies and guidance.  Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Technical Management, or Business Administration) - 5-7 years of experience (management, leadership, technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development and/or government project administration) - PMP certification - Experience conducting and supporting integrated baseline reviews   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
