POSITION SUMMARY   CACI NSS has an outstanding opportunity for an Apple Certified Support Professional directly supporting a prestigious government organization located in Washington D.C. Qualified candidates must have the ability to manage and support macOS or OS X in standalone systems and networked computers in an Active Directory environment to support users and to support the Apple environment. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for documenting incidents and change requests when required, and escalating issues to other project centers, participating in developing strategies to improve processes for Mac users, Mac deployment and troubleshooting Mac issues. Candidates must be able to work independently and as well as work well within a team and have the proven ability to investigate solutions and simultaneously execute multiple projects in a demanding environment.   RESPONSIBILTIES:   Duties and Responsibilities:   - Provide support for currently deployed and newly issued Mac IT assets including installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and software, while ensuring optimal performance, via telephone, email and/or remote desktop connection - Provide technical assistance and step-by-step solutions to end-users, when required, to remedy computer related issues - Troubleshoot computer components and support replacement of hardware and software in a timely and accurate manner - Use exceptional interpersonal skills to handle multiple open issues and interface with customers at all levels with urgency with attention to detail and great enthusiasm - Adhere to Service Level requirements and performance targets while providing high quality customer service   Required Qualifications: - Applicant will be subject to a full field investigation and must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate Access credentials for customer location - Must possess DoD 8570 certification, such as Security + - Minimum 3 years Apple (Mac OS) experience - Hands on experience supporting Macintosh systems in a Windows environment - Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational and customer service skills - Ability to interact across all levels of management - Excellent team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources     EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: - DoD Secret Clearance or higher - Experience with JAMF Casper Suite - Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.11 or higher - ITIL v3 Foundations Certification - Bachelor‘s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or a related discipline or comparable work experience - Change oriented - actively generates process improvements, supports and drives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways Typically requires associate‘s degree or equivalent and two to four years of related experience.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
