Summary: Ticom Geomatics is looking for an enthusiastic contributor to join the integration and production teams. This position will establish operational databases, software configuration control, and system interfaces for computer systems. Additionally, the position will allow you to grow into other roles within the company, leverage your current skills, and offer new challenges every day that will offer learning opportunities to stay current in varying technical areas. Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in assembly, configuration, testing, and delivery of integrated software and hardware solutions. - Troubleshoot new hardware setups and equipment returned from customer. - Assist in building, hardening, and scanning various operating systems. - Lead the coordination and maintenance of hardware related to Bills of Materials. - Maintain documentation packages for hardware and software to include updating Visio, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD drawings. - Work with purchasing team to acquire commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and government furnished equipment (GFE). EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience. Required Qualifications: - Associates Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent and 5-8 years‘ experience related to any combination of: - Networking - Server and workstation configuration - Linux / Windows administration - Linux scripting - KVM equipment - Will also consider a Bachelor‘s Degree and 2-4 years of related experience in regards to the list above. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Visio) - Must work well with other engineers, programmers, and production team while also being able to make progress independently on tasks. - US citizenship is required Desired Qualifications: - Experience with drafting tools (AutoCAD, Solidworks) - Linux scripting - Router and Level 2/3 managed switch configuration - Experience with laboratory management, RF cables, Ethernet cable selection Company Description: Ticom Geomatics (TGI) is a subsidiary of CACI International, Inc. in Austin, Texas with ~200 employees.
