FINANCIAL REPORTS DEVELOPER LEAD Duties and Responsibilities: CACI is looking for an Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer to be responsible for developing and supporting current and future requirement reports for the customer‘s financial management system. We are looking for an analyst/developer to provide exceptional requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and issue resolution support for the customer. We are seeking an analyst who will be mentored by a senior reports developer in the customer‘s business processes and software development life cycle methodology. The desired candidate should have technical knowledge of large government business systems or ERPs, and a proven record of resolving complex business systems issues. The candidate will be required to transform reports from older formats to the current tool in use by the project‘s primary application. Experience in various report technologies is highly desired with application to the BIRT tool as the primary reports format in use. The desired candidate must be able to prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and tested. In addition, the desired candidate should become familiar with the customer's business processes, possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and be able to work independently and in a team environment. The desired candidate will be expected to proactively identify and execute processes to support the customer's top priorities and ensure mission success. Limited travel between position location at client site and corporate office location may be necessary. Required Qualifications: Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field) or equivalent and a minimum of seven to nine years of related experience Familiarization with phases of software life cycle design and development Experience developing applications using SQR, BIRT, Business Objects and/or Cognos Strong analytical skills and experience working with SQL, and PL/SQL. Able to work effectively in a team environment Experience in requirement analysis and technical written documentation Experience in development and testing of work products Excellent oral and written communication skills Must hold an active Top Secret Clearance; SCI is a plus, but not required COMPTIA Security+ or the ability to achieve the certification after hiring Desired Qualifications: Functional or Technical experience with Momentum Financials and/or Acquisitions Experience in Financial Management from a Systems Perspective Knowledge of Financial/Acquisitions System Implementations General understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Experience with Momentum Back-End Database and Understanding of Momentum tables and relationships PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
