Duties and Responsibilites: This position is for a Sensor Integrator to develop technical documentation including software test plans and test procedures for a mission critical large-scale DoD ACAT I program. Provide close interaction with other engineers within and across the team is required to achieve program objectives. Position may require occasional business travel to customer locations in support of demonstrations, test activities and customer meetings. Required Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and 5-7 years of related experience. -Must hold an active Secret (or higher) clearance. -Experience with sensor integration and testing experience on intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) systems. -Engineering and technical support including development and preparation of SOPs, user manuals, service manuals, installation guide, trouble-shooting guide, and field service engineer training materials. -Ability to read C++ code. -Software installation, integration, checkout and test skills are also required. -Independently solve technical problems by applying analytical/scientific principles. -Ability to perform requirements identification, analysis, documentation, and tracking. -Ability to use statistical analysis methods and tools. -Ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories and concepts. -Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment (e.g., open seating arrangement). -Strong written and verbal communications skills and interpersonal skill. -Proficiency with MS Office applications. Preferred Qualifications: -Systems Engineering related experience on an DoD ACAT I program. -Familiarity with Intelligence domains. -Familiarity with configuration management tools. -Ability to develop and present briefings related to specifications and requirements to peers and senior level personnel. -Software development experience using C++. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
