CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for a Program Policy Coordinator, Lead located in Alexandria, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: POSITION SUMMARY: As an emerging expert, participates in developing program policy and leads team to effective performance. As a team member, candidate will assist in: - Providing document management; maintaining team calendar and shared collaboration and document repository sites - Drafting Agenda, briefing materials, and written responses for both internal DoD meetings and external Symposia, Forums, interviews and media queries - Researching information and updating documents as requested; staffing documents as needed. - Maintaining a shared knowledge base and document library of DoD and Federal reference materials for Cloud Computing services. - Compiling and consolidating documentation and preparing cloud statistic and metrics and other supporting work products - Event planning/coordination/documentation and communication of cloud activities to drive awareness of DoD Cloud activities. - Developing artifacts to support presentations, management communication, and implementation metrics. Required Qualifications: - Secret Clearance must be active. - Candidate should possess communication and technical writing skills as well as extensive experience with MS Office Suite and Sharepoint Portal - Be a team player and work closely with the government Cloud Computing leads, team members, and other stakeholders at DISA, MILDEPS and COCOMS to support the development, coordination, revision and adoption of DOD Cloud Computing strategies and plans. - Ability to work independently and conduct activities in support of project team‘s objectives. Desired Qualifications: Prior experience supporting a DoD or federal government IT environment RESPONSIBILTIES: Performs strategic planning (mission, vision, goals, objectives, strategies, critical success factors). Conducts modeling (functional activity, business object, process, and workflow). Develops program standards and processes. Leads portions of program development. Applies best practice program policy development principles. Often acts as user liaison and may augment program policy team. Plays a key role in defining project principles and practices. Provides leadership to less experienced Program Policy Coordinators. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
