Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: A Quality Assurance Representative will continuously review/enhance Harmony Captured Enemy Material (CEM) metadata and associated files, ensuring Harmony users are provided the most reliable, readable, and accessible information. Quality Assurance Representatives will follow an established quality review process where Harmony Systems data, whether metadata or documents and translations, can be evaluated for completeness and accuracy. The Quality Assurance Representative will make certain all metadata, documents and translations meet or exceed Harmony and Intelligence Community (IC) quality standards established for areas such as, but not limited to, syntax, document duplication, metadata or document completeness, grammar, readability, document duplicity, and translation accuracy.   RESPONSIBILTIES: A Quality Assurance Representative will continuously review/enhance Harmony Captured Enemy Material (CEM) metadata and associated files, ensuring Harmony users are provided the most reliable, readable, and accessible information. Quality Assurance Representatives will follow an established quality review process where Harmony Systems data, whether metadata or documents and translations, can be evaluated for completeness and accuracy. The Quality Assurance Representative will make certain all metadata, documents and translations meet or exceed Harmony and Intelligence Community (IC) quality standards established for areas such as, but not limited to, syntax, document duplication, metadata or document completeness   - Requires 1-3 years of experience in DOMEX or in the Intelligence Community   EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a bachelor‘s degree or equivalent and zero to two years related experience.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
