We believe in our customer‘s mission, but we also believe in our employees and their career at CACI.   CACI NSS, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Systems Engineer to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community.   Responsibilities include:   - Identify system integrity issues and solutions for the full system life cycle from concept to disposal. - Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. - Ensure designs are compatible with the architecture and allocate requirements to segments. - Analyze engineering and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. - Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities. - May analyze or recommend commercially available software. - May supervise computer programmers. - Engineer the next version of Microsoft Virtualization (APP-V) using Application Streaming/Application Isolation Technologies. - Develop, test, and integrate APP-V procedures in system environments. - Determine the integration process for APP-V sequencing. - Package applications using APP-V when possible and Microsoft Systems Center as the next option. - Is well versed with application delivery technologies such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and APP-V. - Contribute/participate in overall architecture and system design decisions. - Coordinate with stakeholders to test applications before deployment. - Coordinate with the Integration team for application deployment onto the enterprise platforms. - Provide Tier-III application support for the enterprise platform. - Maintain and triage help desk tickets and interface with Tier II & I, and impacted users. - Improve marketing and communication by briefing internal and external stakeholders on upcoming technology. - Maintain close relationships with partner service providers in providing applications to customers. - Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles. - Analyze and study complex system requirements. - Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures. - Other duties as assigned. The Candidate should have: - Diverse virtualization products/platforms knowledge and experience. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, determine course of action, and act promptly and effectively when problems arise. - Significant knowledge of Windows technologies and emerging capabilities (e.g., APP-V, Active Directory, DHCP, PKI, Win 7, Win 2008 & 2012 servers, etc.). - Strong interpersonal skills and abilities to work with others to build consensus on complex issues. - Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbally and written) complex technical concepts and project information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to others. - Ability to ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.       Reference: EIT3HP EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related work experience.   Position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance.     Required   Microsoft AppV, Remote Application, Windows Server 2008R2, System Center 2012 Configuration Manager and Server Infrastructure     Desired   Citrix XenApp, Windows Server 2008R2, Windows Server 2012R2, System Center 2012 Configuration Manager and Server Infrastructure background (Engineering, building, and maintaining of products).
