If so, this is a great opportunity to join our team and support a key Intelligence Community customer on a new, long-term contract.     CACI‘s National and Cyber Solutions (NCS) business group has multiple openings for talented technical writers with experience supporting agile development activities. The work environment is casual, yet professional and we‘re committed to providing the tools you need to succeed on the job and in your career. Our Reston, Virginia office is accessible via Metro and we have some opportunity to support flex schedules and remote work options.   RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be a member of a large software development program, comprised of multiple teams working together to modernize and enhance existing applications and develop new mission and business solutions. You will participate in team planning activities, work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to complete technical documentation including design artifacts, standard operating procedures, administrative and user training guides, more.  Specific responsibilities include: - Authoring and maintenance of technical documentation - Development of user guides / training presentation - Follow configuration management of technical documentation - Ensure current documentation is available on the Program web portal - Participate in planning and training events - Produce required documentation and other artifacts as needed   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor‘s degree in Technical Writing, English, or related discipline and at least 6 years of technical writing experience. At least 8 years of experience is required for Associate degree holders, while only 4 years of experience is required for Master degree recipients. Individuals without a degree require at least 10 years of relevant experience.   Required: - Strong attention to details and organizational skills.  Excellence communication skills - Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office and excellent writing skills - Excellent interpersonal skills to operate effectively as part of a team   Desired: - Experience developing user training for SW applications   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment.   COMPANY DESCRIPTION: CACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
