POSITION SUMMARY: Working on a project team, under general supervision, assists in the analysis of factors and components of systems and processes to manage interrelationships and facilitate change. RESPONSIBILTIES: - Collect, document and manage requirements in a SDLC environment - Align and manage customer expectations with requirements and software capabilities - Document and manage software delivery scope based on requirements and customer requests - Manage change control based on customer requests for software capabilities - Ensure alignment of test cases to requirements - Work in a team environment supporting software development efforts ensuring activities do not stray out of documented scope - Create and maintain a capabilities matrix cross walking the requirements to the business value of each enhancement Required Qualifications: - 3+ years‘ experience collecting, documenting and managing requirements - Ability to clearly and concisely communicate in oral and written form. - Self-motivated individual who can act based on the intended goal of the mission - Secret Clearance EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor‘s degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
