We believe in our customer's mission, but we also believe in our employees and their career at CACI.   CACI NSS, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager to provide cutting edge services within the Intelligence Community.   Candidate will be responsible for providing, expert level project management/systems integration support for the customers' front office. Provide on-site support to the customer providing insightful solutions and assist with determining and implementing both technical and business goals in consultation with top management and make detailed plans for the accomplishment of these goals. Develop and maintain project schedules and facilitate monthly schedule meetings, reviewing updates and discussing progress and associated risks. Perform day-to-day management of assigned areas of responsibility.. Perform horizontal integration planning, and interface with other functional areas where necessary.   Responsibilities: 1. Prepare deliverables (e.g., weekly status reports, monthly PMR inputs, schedules, processes, procedures, requested documentation etc... 2. Ability to work alone and in a team environment. 3. Update and revise Change Management Process SOP as needed 4. Update and revise supporting documentation as it pertains to the ISD Service Providers Guide, sponsor priority listing, agendas/minutes for ISD Management Review, tracking actions items from the ISD Working Group 5. Provide analysis for metrics data on change 6. Provide analysis for metrics data on OSP after action reports 7. Update briefings and training material related to change 8. Transition training briefings to new change tool 9. Provide input to customer satisfaction and customer feedback loops for change 10. Provide and implement recommendations for reducing administrative load - use of new tools/processes 11. Become an expert on tools such as: a.  ESMT (incident, change, problem) b. SRS 12. Provide advice and recommendations to facilitate migration to ESMT   Reference: EIT3HP EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.   Position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph US government security clearance.     Required   PMP ITIL Technical writing skills Familiarity with ESMT/SRS Ability to manage projects; create and maintain project schedule, schedule and facilitate TEMS with stakeholders and distribute meeting minutes       Desired PMP, ITIL Certification, Familiarity with; ESMT/SRS Change Management Tool and SharePoint   Certifications Skills: Powerpoint Sharepoint Microsoft Suite
