Job Description

CACI has an immediate opportunity for a Secret cleared Security Engineer / Information Assurance Security Officer in support to our client at MacDill, FL   Duties include but are not limited to the following: - Update and maintain Authority-To-Operate on all systems in XACTA and other DoD systems as directed by HQ - USSOCOM Cybersecurity Division and the JSOU Action Officer (AO) - Develop and maintain an organizational or system-level cybersecurity program including Cybersecurity architecture, requirements, objectives, policies, processes and procedures - Maintain appropriate operational security posture for information systems in close collaboration with the information system owner - Serve as JSOU principal advisor on all IA matters, technical and otherwise, involving the security of an information system - Manage the day to day security operations of information systems assigned to in the development of the security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with those policies and procedures - Monitor systems and operational environment to include developing/updating the security plan, managing and controlling changes to systems, and assessing the security impact of changes.   Specialized Knowledge requirements: - Maintain a repository for all organizational or system-level cybersecurity-related documentation - Monitor compliance with cybersecurity policy, as appropriate, and review results of monitoring - Coordinate cybersecurity inspections, tests, and reviews with affected parties and organizations. - Develop Incident Reports / Responses for senior leadership - Handle possible or actual data spills - Act as the primary cybersecurity technical advisor to leadership - Provide configuration guidance for products and IT services in accordance with applicable policies Minimum/General Experience: - Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility - 4 years of experience in administration of LAN operating systems, servers, and vulnerability remediation. At least two years of experience as overall technical lead for development, operations, testing, integration, or fielding of complex systems. - 4 year college degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of applicable Cybersecurity experience involving vulnerability analysis, conducting SCAP scans, or completed Risk Management Framework assessments. - Demonstrated experience conduct and analyzing Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans - Demonstrated experience in some of the following: project planning, project management, project documentation, writing and executing test plans, documenting results - Strong communication skills (oral and written) - Must meet DoD 8570 Level IAT 2 requirements
