The Intelligence Solutions Team has a job opportunity for a Senior ISR Systems Engineer/Integrator. Duties and Responsibilities: -C4ISR support staff collect, identify, document, disseminate, and maintain data necessary to provide recommendations and analysis of current intelligence-related systems. -Intelligence C4ISR Systems and Information Technology (IT) Analysis personnel provide support necessary to address and resolve complex system requirements to include assessing system design and project risk, reviewing the impact of systems architectures and recommending implementation and sustainment strategies. -Personnel advise on integrating new components into existing infrastructure, plans and designs, as well as participate in the development of Proof of Concept demonstrations as well as solution design. -Personnel are also responsible for producing and developing architectural design documentation while depicting complex and technical systems integration. -They coordinate and integrate efforts with other agencies, services, and organizations. -These efforts include analysis, development and recommendations of IT initiatives, and technical guidance in translating IT and C4ISR system requirements into technical systems. -Systems specifications include producing formal architecture products consisting of system and technical views. -C4ISR support staff will support the lead planning, development, and implementation of projects that cross mission areas. -They perform assessments of projected system requirements to ensure future intelligence/information/ISR systems and programs are compatible with USCENTCOM ISR architectures. -They provide systems engineering/technical assistance for planning, testing, implementation, installation, maintenance and sustainability of developing IT/IM/ISR systems. -Contractor personnel conduct a needs analysis in support of solutions while performing validation assessments for identified requirements. -They develop and present recommendations for interfacing new capabilities with existing applications. -C4ISR support staff provides systems engineering and technical assistance for planning, testing, implementation, installation, maintenance and system administration. -Contractor personnel provide analytical engineering support to include integrating local, theater and national level operational intelligence data sources as determined. -This includes knowledge of applications and networks to include the use, application and integration. -CONOPs, TTPs, SOPs, and courses of action to integrate and exploit operations, to include source de-confliction. Required Qualifications: Bachelor or Master's degree with 8+ years of ISR Systems Engineering experience or specialized training & 10+ years ISR Systems Engineering experience or equivalent Systems/academic experience. Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly. Due to contract requirements, as an essential job function you must be qualified and able to travel to OCONUS locations on short notice. Failure to meet such qualifications may result in termination. Due to contract requirements you must maintain a valid United States Passport and remain qualified to travel OCONUS on short notice. Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL v3, CCNP, MCSE, CISSP. Experience with DoDAF, Architecture, Project Management, Program Management, Systems Engineering and Network Engineering. Preferred understanding of Microsoft Project, Visio, & Powerpoint. Experience with DoD AF (Architectural Framework), drawing C4ISR Systems architectures (OS and OV slides), using Visio and MS Project. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (large-scale information system architecture) experience.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
