POSITION SUMMARY CACI International, Inc. (CACI) has an immediate opportunity for a Requirements Analyst onsite in Quantico, VA supporting the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Information Technology Directorate (ITD). The ITD supports the NCIS core mission areas while protecting the people, equipment, technology and infrastructure of the United States Navy and Marine Corps. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY As a recognized authority, provides expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements. €¢ Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests. €¢ Develops, coordinates and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing. €¢ Trains and provides guidance to less experienced Analysts. €¢ Devises and or modifies procedures to solve the most complex technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. €¢ Acts as liaison between end-user communities, stakeholders, and service providers within an enterprise. €¢ Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written. €¢ Analyzes client resources, including funding, personnel, and unfunded requirements. €¢ Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary. €¢ Tracks and documents changes to functional and business specifications. Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests. €¢ Develops, coordinates and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS €¢ Fully adjudicated active Top Secret clearance is required to start, must be eligible to obtain SCI-level adjudication €¢ DoD 8570 - IAT Level I/CSWF PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS €¢ Understanding of Business and Technical Requirement collection and documentation. €¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 8-10 years of related experience. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or program. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
