RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures assigned day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with established accounting principles, polices, and objectives. Responsible for revenue recognition on CPFF, T&M and FFP contracts. Prepares invoices and supporting schedules on CPFF, T&M and FFP contracts for government and commercial clients. Conducts analysis on billed and unbilled receivables. Responsible for project setup in Costpoint accounting system of project funding, billing and revenue information. Analyzes a variety of accounting data, prepares and audits journal entries. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal vouchers and accounting classifications. Prepares specialized reports and analyses. Responsible for processing timecards and revised timecards entries to ensure proper cost allocation and accuracy. Reviews, coordinates and provides documentation to support various internal and external audit requirements. Coordinates accounting matters with other departments, locations, and divisions.
