The Voice and Mobility team within CACI's Corporate Information Systems (CIS) Department is looking for a Systems Engineer 2 to support the organization with the following responsibilities: Under limited supervision and on own initiative, provides subject matter expertise in support in the management of the company's corporate Wireless/Mobile device program. Program scope currently encompasses 4000+ active cellular lines of service spanning four carriers. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as primary liaison with wireless vendors to ensure CACI accounts are optimally maintained and supported; - Provide support for all mobile/wireless initiatives (i.e., roll out of mobile apps to mobile devices to increase mobile work force efficiencies; Individual Liability (IL) to Corporate Liability (CL) conversion; new device evaluation and testing); - Monitors and responds to trouble tickets in the team's queue; - Answers end user inquiries about mobile services; devices and costs; - Acts as Subject Matter Specialist for mobile/wireless services to include vendor service offering and contract understanding; - Enforces and complies with service delivery processes & policies; - Monitors compliance of related Service Level Objectives and Service Level Agreements; - Stays current with mobile technologies by attending webinars, conferences, user groups and vendor technology briefings; - Ensures CACI is getting the best price for mobile services when ordering and reviewing plans against usage patterns and available contract pricing; - Supports management in analyzing the monthly vendor reports and quarterly optimization reports to ensure most cost-effective services are assigned and billed accurately; - Supports management review of monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and act on any incorrect charges; - Provide monthly invoice review, allocation and payment processing; - Other related tasks associated to telecommunications invoice process and carrier services provisioning. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
