POSITION SUMMARY: Investigative Researcher will have the responsibility of completing complex financial research requests, electronic tracking of requests, preparation of weekly status reports, and provide technical expertise to system users. RESPONSIBILTIES: Receive written requests from various users in multiple functional departments seeking to locate documentation within Relativity to support a specific business decision. Input the request into an electronic tracking system. Provide a time of completion and level of effort to complete the research in an estimate for approval by management and client. Develop search terms to conduct research in various workspaces. Analyze located data. Provide responsive documents to requestor. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with banking systems and applications. Working knowledge of researching in databases like Relativity. Experience with FDIC receivership data. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
