  CACI is looking for an experienced Agile ScrumMaster with both strong Agile Scrum delivery skills and project facilitation experience. The ideal candidate will understand Agile Software Development practices and experience delivering software in short sprints. In this role, they will interface with client personnel and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders. This position is responsible for ensuring that all assigned work activities are performed in a timely and cost effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance.                              The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial.  The program emphasizes innovation, and CACI looks for individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural.   POSITION SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, assists in developing and defining systems scope and objectives through research combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Supports a software development team in an Agile Scrum Development environment.   The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial.  The program emphasizes innovation, and CACI looks for individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Interviews personnel from functional user area under study to learn general purpose of systems and information requirements of positions involved in the data flow. Analyzes client resources, including funding, personnel, and requirements. Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties. May also perform quality assurance duties, such as executing and developing test scenarios.    Tracks and documents changes to functional and business specifications, to include material for requirements traceability, manuals, instruction guides, technical documentation, and technical diagrams. Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests. Will coordinate with the various teams on the DAMIR Project and with external customers to ensure that technical documentation is complete and accurate. Provide technical editing for product deliverables.   Researches, organizes, writes, edits, and produces technical reports for software development projects. Ensures technical documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial and government specifications and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style.   Responsible for facilitating delivery of customer-defined software development projects. €¢ Acting as ScrumMaster for scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams toward improving the way they work. €¢ Facilitating sprint planning, retrospective and demos. €¢ Acting as product manager and assisting the product owner and business analyst with managing the product backlog. €¢ Removing all obstacles to project team efficiency and effectiveness; reaching out to the larger organizational network for impediment removal; ensuring cross-team coordination. €¢ Maintaining relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing. €¢ Liaising between developers and project stakeholders; fostering quality communication between disciplines throughout the team. €¢ Taking responsibility for managing product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties or between assigned teams and other Scrum teams; €¢ Support development of product roadmaps €¢ Scheduling and allocating work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet technical performance and schedule objectives. €¢ Developing new and refining existing process to enhance quality and productivity. €¢ Ensuring product quality and timeliness of efforts. Qualifications Minimum required: €¢ Active Secret Clearance €¢Requires a College degree, in Computer Science, Information Management Systems or a related discipline and 0-2 years of applicable experience.  €¢Certified ScrumMaster/Scrum Practitioner with significant experience with Scrum teams and use of continuous integration tools and techniques in test-driven development €¢Excellent written and verbal communication skills €¢Strong software development background, with a minimum of three (3) solid years experience facilitating incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach €¢Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management €¢Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter   Desired: Experience with test automation techniques and tools Experience with continuous deployment models Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Experience working on unusually complicated problems and providing solutions that are highly creative and ingenious, exhibiting ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. Acts independently to expose and resolve problems.
