Team CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Program Coordinator/Deliverable Lead supporting a DHS customer’s wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN) and campus-area (CAN) networks across multiple security domains. We are a seeking a motivated Program Coordinator/Deliverable Lead who work independently with limited supervision. Review and finalize the deliverable artifacts such as, but not limited to specifications, drawings, user manuals, presentations, reports, plans, documents and training. This includes support for mission systems, IT systems, organization processes, documentation and training. This role necessarily deals with highly confidential and sensitive information, and the role is expected to confirm to best handling of facts, policies and practices.

This established, productive individual contributor will manage projects/processes, coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Influences others regarding system design, solutions and procedures when faced with difficult and complex problems. The Program Coordinator/Deliverable Lead will be actively involved with PMO and other technical staff through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
More About the Role:
Work with both corporate and customer leadership to research, analyze, and implement enterprise-wide network security solutions/capabilities/enhancements to support customer business/mission goals and objectives.
Review and finalize the contract deliverables and change control project artifacts
Review and finalize documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Configuration Documentation, Policy Documentation, Project Plans and Training Documentation.
Review and finalize high-level reports and presentations for briefing Program Managers and senior leadership on all elements of acquisition program performance, contract deliverables, and recommendations.
Projects will range from long-term support to multiple, concurrent quick turnaround engagements
Reading, reviewing and responding to audits
Responsible for running small technical teams to include providing guidance, delegating work, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship required
Ability to obtain Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employment.
Knowledge and understanding of technical project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, etc.) and how to apply these methodologies to successful IT project completion is required.
Experience evaluating IT projects and presenting recommendations.
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Excellent written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to produce concise and thorough reports and presentations for senior and executive-level staff.
Strong time-management skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
Experience in Federal Government application and integration of security requirements in a federal contracting environment.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Relevant DHS focused experience
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
