Team CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a ServiceNow Developer supporting a DHS customer’s wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN) and campus-area (CAN) networks across multiple security domains. We are a seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow Developer who will lead the administration and maintenance of customer’s current ServiceNow environment and future environments based on customer requirements. Able to advise the customer on approaches and best practices for administering and maintaining a ServiceNow installation with ITSM, ITOM and ITBM capabilities. The ServiceNow Developer will be knowledgeable and experienced in best practices for administering ServiceNow environments.

Seasoned technical individual contributor will work independently with limited supervision and manage projects/processes, coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Influences others regarding system design, solutions and procedures when faced with difficult and complex problems. The ServiceNow Developer will be actively involved with other technical staff through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Work with both corporate and customer leadership to research, analyze, and implement enterprise-wide network security solutions/capabilities/enhancements to support customer business/mission goals and objectives.
Experience with ServiceNow releases Madrid or London
Creating custom dashboards in ServiceNow integrating and combining data from multiple tables and sources based on user requirements
Create custom reports and searches in ServiceNow based on user requirements
ServiceNow security fundamentals and approaches including integration with other systems
Create and maintain an agile, streamlined, scalable, and optimized USMT – ServiceNow system components, and perform integration and support, and operational services with high availability and service delivery goals.
Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.
Create, maintain and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, single sign on (SSO) capability, and Active Directory Profile synchronization.
Create, maintain and enhance team Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
Overhaul, maintain and enhance Change Management, as well as current connections between ServiceNow and other systems.
Create, maintain and enhance future connections between ServiceNow and other systems.
Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.
Configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.
Configure User Accounts, Groups and Roles. Create custom Roles where necessary.
Evaluate and configure systems for better performance
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship required
Ability to obtain Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employment.
ServiceNow Administrator Certification
Multiple ServiceNow environment experience; having successfully managed and maintained Service Catalog/Portal, API Integration, Discovery / Mapping for CMDB with back-end integrations to other systems
Experience in Federal Government application and integration of security requirements in a federal contracting environment.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Relevant DHS focused experience
ServiceNow PPM experience
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
ServiceNow Application Developer and ServiceNow Developer Certifications preferred.
