What You’ll Get to Do
Our team is looking for experienced Project Managers to be responsible for the performance of maritime Foreign Military Sales projects and support life cycle support efforts for various marine construction, repair, overhaul, and training projects for CACI in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. The Project Managers will have direct interface and coordination with the US Navy customer and their international partners for whom they support.

-Identifies, analyzes, and defines project/program requirements and scope.
-Defines, acquires and allocates budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program group/function.
-Lead small teams of co-workers in all associated project management efforts supporting various Foreign Military Sales projects.
-Responsible for the employment, training, coaching, mentoring, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of assigned employees.
-Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by supporting proposals.
-Provides thought leadership to project analyses and process improvement activities.
-Interviews, selects and trains staff to provide quality results for the organization as needed. Verifies that all staff, CACI or sub-contractor, meet minimum contract requirements for position.
-Reviews and approves sub-contractor invoices and CACI invoices to the government.
-Develops performance plans and evaluations of employees.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
-10 years of increasing engineering management responsibility, including at least 5 years of shipbuilding or overhaul experience.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
-BS in Engineering, Physical Science, Business, or Financial Management.
-Foreign Military Sales experience.
-Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
