More About the Role:

As a Web Master you will construct, organize, script, modify, maintain, and populate a U.S. Army web application that provides the capability to manage information related to foreign targeting of U.S. Army technologies and acquisition programs.

You will utilize web applications which incorporate HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery to provide the U.S. Army with a stable platform to build an Army-centric web applications of information on foreign intelligence activity directed against the U.S. Army, its weapons systems, and future technology developments as directed by AR 381-11. You will meet existing and new requirements and support situational awareness, daily documentation, integration, and relation of data to support ongoing analytical efforts.



You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Security+
  • Minimum four years of experience developing web applications which incorporate HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery. 
  • Must be proficient in HTML, CSS, & JavaScript/Query, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, C# programming, and ASP.NET 4+ Web Forms. 
  • Proficient at Team Foundation Server (TFS). 
  • Working knowledge of IIS and Web application deployments.
  • Experience with integrating KeyLines (or similar JavaScript web-based link analysis software development kits).
  • Qualified at Information Assurance Technical Workforce Requirement Level II as defined in DoD 8570.01-M, Table C3.T1.
  • Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

or

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

or

  • Associates Degree and 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

or

  • High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
