We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with solid Government contract experience as a Staffing/Resource/Workforce Management Lead to implement and oversee all aspects of TALOS program staffing activities. TALOS is a DIA initiative to advance the state of the art in Big Data, data analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics to enhance the DoD’s and the IC’s information processes and technical architectures.

What You’ll Get to Do:
Develop a workforce analysis methodology that can be integrated into ongoing operations across TALOS, including support from subcontractor organizations
Produce accurate volume and workload forecasts to support the development of monthly and weekly shift schedules
Develop a consistent scheduling methodology to reduce staffing gaps and real-time changes
Produce monthly staffing and recruitment recommendations anticipating staff shrinkage and attrition rates
Recommend current and future staffing needs based on analysis of workloads and staffing levels
In collaboration with TALOS Program management, evaluate and make recommendations to improve workforce strategies, policies, and procedures
Liaise across TALOS groups to gather information on potential future tasking and technology impacts
Prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing Agile project data and trends
Work with corporate and subcontractor Talent Acquisition resources to oversee all staffing functions associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates in the recruitment of prospective employees
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree:
7+ total years of related experience.
Demonstrated experience with managing relationships and coordinating of functional activities
Demonstrated experience with managing a distributed client base
Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities from both the client and CACI management
Demonstrated effective people skills and excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in data management/activity tracking tools such as: MS Excel, One Drive, Google Spreadsheets, SharePoint, etc.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Active DoD Top Secret with the ability to obtain SCI security clearance
7+ total years of related experience. Experience in DIA is a plus.
Understanding of Agile software development methods and team structures
