Project Description: Custom applications support for a classified client. Providing services and support for customer’s applications, enhancements, and operations and maintenance while utilizing latest cloud based technologies with-in the Agile framework.

  • Career growth; current PM is actively looking for someone to take on a deputy PM role.  Looking to share/train PM duties accordingly.

  • Also if any interest in growing one’s career; we have management roles available on the team or it’s possible to progress into roles with direct reports/management (the current PM started his CACI career as a software developer).

  • Available training budget; everyone on the team has been offered Certified Scrum Master training or a week’s training for a technology needed on project

What You’ll Get to Do:

Team is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer capable of creating logical and functional software code within the ServiceNow platform. Successful candidate must have experience developing software solutions within ServiceNow and possess a basic understanding of object orientated languages like (JavaScript, Java, and Python).

More About the Role:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Implement configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflow
  • Perform unit testing and assist with quality assurance as needed.
  • Support the team in ServiceNow operations such as User/ Group administration, reporting, metrics, SLAs, etc.
  • Support and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's requirements
  • Prepare and maintain up to date documentation (requirements/design/test/as-built application architecture) for internal and external customers
  • Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience developing software solutions within ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding of object orientated languages like (JavaScript, Java, and Python)
  • Familiar with creating and promoting update sets throughout SDLC
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with ServiceNow colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute changes
  • Ability to communicate with the customer in non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Active TS SCI with Polygraph Clearance

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator
  • Experience with ServiceNow Workflows
  • Relational Database understanding (Oracle applications)
