Project Description: Custom applications support for a classified client. Providing services and support for customer’s applications, enhancements, and operations and maintenance while utilizing latest cloud based technologies with-in the Agile framework.
There is no pager support and an incredible life balance support from our client
Career growth; current PM is actively looking for someone to take on a deputy PM role. Looking to share/train PM duties accordingly.
Also if any interest in growing one’s career; we have management roles available on the team or it’s possible to progress into roles with direct reports/management (the current PM started his CACI career as a software developer).
Available training budget; everyone on the team has been offered Certified Scrum Master training or a week’s training for a technology needed on project
What You’ll Get to Do:
More About the Role:
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform
Implement configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflow
Perform unit testing and assist with quality assurance as needed.
Support the team in ServiceNow operations such as User/ Group administration, reporting, metrics, SLAs, etc.
Support and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's requirements
Prepare and maintain up to date documentation (requirements/design/test/as-built application architecture) for internal and external customers
Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Senior-level experience developing software solutions within ServiceNow
Familiar with creating and promoting update sets throughout SDLC
Ability to collaborate effectively with ServiceNow colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute changes
Ability to communicate with the customer in non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
