What You’ll Get to Do:
Join CACI as a System Administrator in a role that provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
In this role, you will provide Linux and mobile technology support to project networks to include advanced Linux/Unix/Windows support, creation and modification of virtual machines, collaborating with Tier 1 - 3 team members to manage labs, support upgrading/downgrading of system firmware and operating system version, support mobile devices and technologies in a lab environment, and racking and stacking of infrastructure equipment.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Support the integrated IT engineering lab to load, install, and maintain the operability of commercial-off-the-shelf computer software and hardware.
Perform daily support and maintenance of IT equipment.
Support break/fix identification and resolution activities.
Maintain networking equipment including repeaters, bridges routers, gateways, and hubs.
Support operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Windows NT, Sun Solaris, and Red Hat Linux.
Maintain various operating systems including Linux, Windows, and Solaris.
Support mobile devices.
Configuration and support of VMWare/ESXi.
Support automated deployments using Kickstart.
You have an Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. MUST have this clearance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with VMWare.
Proficiency in networking protocols including but not limited to TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, DHCP, and DNS.
Experience with Docker.
