CACI is seeking an Budget Analyst, that develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Supports programs forecasting with financial analytics.
Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements and conducts program plan studies.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Prepares estimates to complete (ETC) and spend plans, audits subcontractor invoices, and provides briefings and related documentation and reports for financial assessments supporting corporate and Government requirements.
Forecasts and tracks financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections.
Organizes budget templates and data in a clear and intuitive manner.
Helps identify financial or operating risks associated with the execution of the contract or project.
Provides project summary status reports to management as required or requested
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
Requires associates degree (in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration) or equivalent, and two to four years of related (technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development, and/or government project administration) experience.
Knowledge of DAR/FAR and other applicable government regulations
Experience must include integrated program analysis, ability to quickly gain expertise in program specific requirements, budget preparation for complex projects and narrative justification, preparation and presentation and work with various types of Government funding with emphasis on Army.
Demonstrated expertise in the use of Microsoft Excel applications.
