CACI has an exciting opportunity in the Northern Virginia to support the IC customer as they apply Configuration Management (CM) rigor to their programs and projects. The candidate will assist several teams in updating and implementing CM plans, participate in Engineering and Change Control Board meetings, and standardize documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive CM experience in a Systems Engineering environment, and work well with diverse teams as well as on their own. As a Configuration Manager you will be responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems. More About the Role
You will use your 12+ years of configuration management experience to implement the configuration management discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Familiarity with SharePoint, licensing and inventory, and Splunk will also be helpful.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Current TS/SCI with active polygraph
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration items
Twelve (12) years’ experience as a Configuration Manager in large programs and contracts.
Ten (10) years of additional configuration management experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Experience implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures.
Experience with the Government Change Control Board (CCB).
BS/ M.S. in Information systems, systems engineering
ITIL Foundation Certification
