CACI is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Reston, VA. This position will support an Intelligence Community contract, which requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance in order to be eligible for consideration.
What You’ll Get to Do:
As the successful Software Engineer, you will work with developers and architects to help perform upgrades and troubleshooting. This individual will have the opportunity to develop new digital policies and integrate them into an enterprise service. You will participate in deployment and administration of COTS tools and creating automated unit and integration testing capabilities. This new position will become part of an existing team to contribute towards developing custom user interfaces and respective rest services to management digital policies, assisting in installation, deployment, and maintenance of the COTS products.
More About the Role:
You will represent the Sponsor in technical meetings and ensure that management is kept well informed to support technical decisions. You will support Sponsors technical initiatives and support the evolution of target environments. You are open to developing prototypes that may or may not be used in its final form.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (active / in-scope)
Bachelor’s degree and Ten (10) or more years of relative experience. Additional experience may be considered I lieu of a degree.
Extensive development experience with Java; including developing rest services using Java
Experience with Spring to include Spring-Boot
Working knowledge in Configuring Tomcat
Experience performing functional, integration, and unit testing (Junit)
Cloud and Cloud software deployment solutions
Linux and at least one shell scripting language
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
AWS, including (Cloud Formation, Dynamo, RDS, and S3)
DevOps, automation and configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, and Github
Experience with Certificate Management (x509)
