CACI is seeking fully cleared, dynamic technical professionals to join our TETRA program in the Northern, Virginia area.  TETRA is an Enterprise IT Program that supports and protects the IC mission.  The program is a portfolio of hundreds of projects funded by numerous customers providing Engineering and Sustainment services for a Global Information Technology Enterprise.  As a team, we architect, develop, engineer, maintain, and provide continuous sustainment of enterprise level communications in support of the customer’s mission worldwide.  We also provide secure, reliable, and cost effective enterprise class data center hosting services, in which we develop, integrate, and maintain.  Be a part of something greater than yourself and make a lasting impact at CACI.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Do you enjoy working with a small team and great people?  CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking an Applications Packager who will analyze requirements, understand architecture, and troubleshoot applications.  Do you possess knowledge of software installation programs, coding, and/or scripting skills?  Can you test, debug, and refine software?  Are you a self-starter?  If yes, we encourage you to join our team and provide technical support in a mission-critical, Windows-based environment to users worldwide.

  Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Packaging, testing, maintaining, releasing, and monitoring applications and their operating systems

  • Providing technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools

  • Testing, debugging, and refining software to produce the required product to reduce operating time or enhance efficiency

  • Tier 3 support, troubleshooting, and providing technical resolution for escalated service requests for users and customers on existing operating systems and/or application specific related issues

  • Providing the testing, integration, and release for application deployment onto the enterprise platforms

  • Other duties, as assigned

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Possess knowledge on software installation of programs, coding, and/or scripting skills:

    • Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V)

    • Batch command-line

    • MSI and MSIX (Windows Installer)

    • PowerShell

    • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

  • Be well versed with application delivery technologies, such as SCCM

  • Must be resourceful and possess the ability and willingness to take initiative

Education & Experience Required:

  • 6 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 4 Years of job related experience and Associates degree

  • 2-3 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 1 Year of job related experience and Master’s degree

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Frame technology and scripting

Desired Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

Work Hours:

  • Core hours: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
