CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Systems Administrator who will provide SME operations support through analyzing and troubleshooting user problems to resolve them in a timely manner. As a Systems Administrator, you will work directly with customers in a fast-paced, software development environment, while performing a variety of tasks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Managing server availability working with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012
Creating and managing objects in Microsoft Active Directory
Working knowledge of Failover Cluster Manager (what it is and what it does)
Configuring and updating client profiles, shared accounts, and distribution groups in Microsoft Exchange 2013
Running reports and creating metrics utilizing Microsoft Office 2016
Troubleshooting issues in Microsoft Outlook 2016
Monitoring server activity utilizing Microsoft System Center 2012
Multi-tasking urgent Tier 3 requirements in a short period of time
Providing Tier 3 technical and instructional computer administrative support to hundreds of customers on a weekly basis
Occasional need to provide Tier 3 support above and beyond regular hours
Working a rotating pager duty schedule
Performing operations and maintenance (O&M) duties in a large server farm including:
Checking server status (SCOM)
Checking systems operational status
Performing daily checks of vital systems (daily checklist)
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Previous close support and troubleshooting experience
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012
Microsoft Active Directory
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook 2016
Microsoft Windows 10 OS
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and customer support skills
BS in Information systems
Knowledge of JIRA
Active TS/SCI With Polygraph
