CACI is currently looking for an ASC SharePoint Helpdesk Specialist with agile knowledge to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Control (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

The ideal candidate will work on a SharePoint team to support SharePoint 2013, and SharePoint Online portals for the BEAGLE program. The SharePoint Specialist will implement innovative SharePoint 2013, and SharePoint Online portal solutions for customers. They will be responsible for activities associated with the support of customized solutions that automate and optimizes process execution on the program and provide users with real-time analysis data.

What You'll Get To Do:

Serves as an ASC SharePoint Helpdesk Specialist who will be responsible for:

  • Working with customers, users and stakeholders to resolve Service Desk issues, document business processes, and new requirements.

  • Providing end-user training as needed to explain functionality to end users including “super users.”

  • Responding to service desk tickets; troubleshooting and debugging any issues with CBP end users remotely.

  • Designing creative and innovative approaches to building robust SharePoint capabilities that facilitate collaboration and automate and streamline program processes.

  • Developing, documenting and supporting custom and out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using industry best practices.

  • Supporting and Implementing Microsoft and SharePoint Online web-based solutions.

  • Supporting the conversion of out-of-the-box SP 2010 and SP 2013 workflows to Microsoft Flows and Power Automate.

  • Providing ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint portal.

  • Reviewing recurring user problems to resolve operational issues and/or recommend system or process modifications.

  • Building and maintaining of InfoPath forms and solutions.

  • Supporting the conversion of InfoPath forms to PowerApps solutions.

  • Providing end-user training as needed to explain functionality to end users including “super users”.

You Will Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to:

    • 3 year check for felony convictions

    • 1 year check for illegal drug use

    • 1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud

  • Five (5) to Seven (7) years of work experience supporting or developing SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online portals.

  • Hands-on experience with Web/SharePoint architecture design, Site Branding & Navigation.

  • Experience working with classic and modern web pages and out-of-the-box web parts.

  • Experience defining complex custom lists and working with web-enabled InfoPath forms in SharePoint.

  • Experience with Remedy or ServiceNow ticketing systems.

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML).

You are good at:

  • Documenting, tracking, and monitoring issues to ensure a timely resolution.

  • Experience working effectively in and fostering highly collaborative, team-oriented environments.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in web design, usability, and accessibility.

  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures and User Guides.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with public presentations and conducting user training.

  • Comfortable working with customers to document business processes and requirements.

  • Familiarity with the general IT practices and terminology.

  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic; self-starter.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.

  • SharePoint 2013, 2016 server administration.

  • Experience with O365 and PowerPlatform applications.

  • Familiarity with Data Connections across O365 applications.
