Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Lead the design, specification and selection of IT solutions factoring business process functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance to implement extensible and scalable RPA solutions.
  • Lead discussions with business and technical SMEs to define automations, business rules, and exceptions.
  • Create and maintain automation design artifacts such as process definition and detailed design documents.
  • Drive constant innovation that will improve and expand automation capabilities.
  • Develop and enforce best practices to improve processes, standards and practices around RPA design, quality, and performance.
  • Estimate development efforts and provide guidance on development timelines, risks and constraints.
  • Support development, testing and deployment of Robotic Process Automations using UiPath.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing with business and IT.
  • Mentor and grow more junior staff.
  • Conduct code review to ensure adherence to requirements and coding standards.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of programming experience using Microsoft .Net (VB and C#) or VBA.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
  • 5+ years of professional services experience working directly with clients on automation projects.
  • Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
  • Experience with end to end process automation using UI-Path. Experience with other automation tools a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Robotic Enterprise Framework
  • Experience in using UiPath Credential Manager for maintaining, securing and retrieving user credentials
  • Experience in Scheduling Bots thru Studio and Orchestrator
  • End to end process automation using UI-Path. Experienced in staging and deploying the automation solution into test and Live environments
  • Worked on Automating Web portal, Excel, PDF, TXT and Email automations
  • Used one of the Screen Scraping methods i.e. Optical character Recognition (Google OCR / Microsoft OCR engines) to process PDF and JPEG images
  • Experienced in using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Screen, Data & Web scraping techniques
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with web service interaction (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
  • Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification required.
  • B. S. or M. S. in Computer Science or related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain, at a minimum,  Public Trust clearance.
