Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting on the INSCOM GILE program.
Responsibilities may include:
Program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.
Responsible for supporting Program Managers in the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business-related task.
-Preparation of the monthly financial program review slides.
- Helps create and maintain the program resource plan. Interfaces with all functional levels of the program team to develop and status schedule requirements.
-Works to establish and control program budgets. Participates in managing cost and schedule performance through analysis of performance metrics and projections.
Reports cost and schedule performance to the Program Office and Senior Management. Works on the analysis of budgeting and costs on the contract and associated reports and spending plans.
Works to ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.
Periodically provides pricing support for PMO team.
Performs complex financial/administrative reporting for major contracts and/or programs.
Maintains contract budgets, reviews contract billing, and monitors funding for both CACI and Subcontractors.
You’ll Bring these Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in finance or a related field
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project related finance using financial management software (SAP, ORACLE ERP, Peachtree/Sage 50 Accounting, etc.).
Must be well experienced with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Pivot Tables, SUMIF, and VLOOKUPS.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience managing project financials for US Government DoD programs.
Familiarity with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARs (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
